Our organization aims to bring together the entrepreneurial community in the United Kingdom and provide education on business, real estate, investment, and overall development in terms of financial and life intelligence. Our main goal is to assist in building connections and relationships among all participants in our meetings, as we believe that business relationships are the most powerful lever of all.
The Organizers
Aleksandra began her career in the real estate market in 2017 when she took a job as a property manager. Over the following years, she gained experience working as a letting agent and a sales agent for a real estate agency in Kensington and Mayfair in West London. Soon after, she decided to establish her own real estate agency, AS Property Avenue, in London, which gained recognition among clients due to its personalized approach to each of them. Aleksandra is not only the owner of the agency but also actively involved in working with clients. She always prioritizes the needs and requirements of her clients, which allows her to achieve high results and meet client expectations.
Every day, Jakub, along with Aleksandra, manages AS Property Avenue, a real estate agency in London. They also collaborate with investors, providing them with investment opportunities throughout England. He has spent the past few years building business relationships by attending dozens, if not hundreds, of networking events and meetings. He has frequently appeared as a speaker or event host at many of them. His biggest hobby is connecting the dots, which involves linking opportunities and people, giving him immense satisfaction. Additionally, he is also an enthusiast of cryptocurrencies and a co-founder of Crypto Event UK, an organization that hosts events aimed at educating and promoting cryptocurrency-related topics.

Hailing from a corporate background, he redefined his path, founding a successful electrical business before delving deep into the world of property investment. Simon Zutshi
Simon is a financially independent, professional property investor. He has over two decades of personal experience investing in residential property in the UK and overseas
Simon started investing as a first-time buyer in 1995 as a recent graduate in debt. He found a strategy to purchase his first property using none of his own money. By renting out the spare rooms, he was able to cover the mortgage payments and effectively live for free! Caught by the property bug, Simon Zutshi started to buy more property. Thus, by the age of 32, he was financially independent. All from the passive income generated from his property portfolio.
Simon now spends his time helping and educating other investors. This is by sharing his ‘hands-on experience’ gained over many years as a successful investor. He is one of the few property investors in the UK who is a member of the Professional Speakers Association. As such, Simon Zutshi is regularly invited to share his residential property investing strategies at major property exhibitions and entrepreneurial business conferences in the UK and around the world.
James Adams
James is a property developer, landlord and former school teacher. With a background in Economics, James worked in several senior positions in top schools in London and Bristol before moving into property full-time in August 2019.
Having bought his first HMO in 2014, he has gained extensive experience as a landlord and has overseen numerous conversion projects. As Director of Fairholm Estates,
James is focused on delivering high-quality HMO conversions and new build projects in Bristol and Manchester. The company is currently working on many projects, including its Carlton Park development in Redfield, BS5.
James is meticulous and uncompromising in his commitment to delivering quality homes. He takes a leading role in sourcing and appraising new projects and a hands-on approach to ensuring all Fairholm properties are innovative, beautiful and designed with the end user in mind.
Dawid Dowbusz
Investor in the UK real estate market, Entrepreneur – Owner of over 20 companies, and above all, a Husband and Father of two children.
Apart from building a property portfolio for rentals, he is also engaged in constructing new homes and residential blocks in Northern England.
He is also the founder and organizer of gatherings for the entrepreneurial Polish community – Asbiro Investors Sheffield, which bring together over 400 individuals in one place every 2 months.
Additionally, through his workshops, he imparts knowledge to fellow Polish entrepreneurs about property investments. He also successfully invests in other markets, including Cryptocurrencies and precious metals.
Magdalena Pawlowska-Streete & Leon Streete
Both started out as marketing agency owners in separate businesses and soon progressed into the world of marketing coaching, where they’ve been able to attract multi-million dollar clients within the first 12 months of running their businesses.

*Pod opieką Animatorki mogą zostać dzieci do 12go roku życia. Dzieci pomiędzy 12 a 16 rokiem wchodzą za free. Dla Nastolatków powyżej 16go roku życia prosimy zakupić normalny bilet.
*Kupując bilet wyrażam zgodę na udostępnianie zdjęć oraz nagrań zrobionych podczas Konferencji w celach promocyjnych.
